About Us
Operation: All Latinas is a student-led initiative, and aspiring 501c3, established in 2024 by Michelle Lopez, born to Colombian parents and raised in Miami, when she was in the 11th grade. Our aim is to empower and unite girls in minority communities through educational programs, immersive content on social media platforms, and local events. Our commitment to fostering a safe environment and building bonds is at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves in improving and expanding our programs based on the needs of our community. Our Programs
Empowering Latinas Everywhere
We're committed to helping our community every step of the way and providing useful programs to take care of all their needs. Read below to learn about the range of programs we provide. We're constantly growing and expanding our program options, so if you have something in mind that we don't yet provide, we'd love to hear about it.
Educational Programs
These program are our main focus, made available to the youths through our activity in schools, after-school programs, etc. We have already touched the lives of many within our home school Robert Morgan but aspire to make a bigger difference for others. This could be by guiding them through the difficult moments in their lives or simply providing them with more knowledge on mental and physical health with body satisfaction. Another pillar of our educational programs is breaking generational traumas by acknowledging the hardships of life and working through them as a family. We ensure that our programs are easily understandable, light-hearted while discussing important topics, and resource packed. Community Events
We strive to widen our engagement to our local community in South Miami in order to raise awareness and knowledge on the subject of body satisfaction while targeting our audience in an attainable manner. By participating in local community service events in partnership with other startups and nonprofits, we not only support other programs and increase their engagement but are able to share our mission with all types of people and create contacts and support. Social Media Outreach
In order to expand our outreach outside of our local community, we utilize social media platforms, like Instagram, to capture snippets of our educational programs and add to the body of knowledge of body satisfaction that exists on these sites. We also provide resources and tips for all individuals who might be dealing with mental/physical health issues of their own or have a loved one who is.
